Return Policy
At Mago Flooring, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns
Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Custom Orders: Custom or special order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Clearance Items: Items marked as clearance or final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Installed Items: Any products that have been installed or used are not eligible for return.

 Return Process
1. Initiate Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at 617-297-7696 or email us at info@magoflooring.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
3. Shipping: Return the product to the following address:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 15 business days, minus any original shipping charges and a restocking fee of 25%.

 Exchange Policy
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process to return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

 Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service team immediately at 617-297-7696 or info@magoflooring.com. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product.
Resolution: We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
